This project showcases a condominium renovation for our client’s private residence in NYC.

One of the grandest residences on Riverside Boulevard, this exquisitely designed 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom residence is a combination of two smaller units, now 3,800sf. Grand scale proportions and panoramic views of the Hudson River, highlighted by walls of windows throughout and 11 foot ceilings, provide stunning light, incredible sunsets. Completed in 2011
