This project showcases a condominium renovation for our client’s private residence in NYC.

Boasting exceptional panoramic city views facing south and west in this fully renovated 2,600sf two-bedroom & two-bathroom apartment. This gut renovation includes brand new hardwood floors and specialty lighting throughout, plus an open chef’s kitchen with an expansive breakfast bar, striking black granite counters, solid wood cabinetry with pull-out drawers that provide lots of storage.  Completed in 2015
